Join BreakThrough Physical Therapy This Summer at the Mini Milers Program in Fayetteville!

Looking for a fun and healthy activity for your kiddos this summer? Look no further than the Mini Milers Running Program in Fayetteville!

BreakThrough Physical Therapy (BTPT) and expert Physio Jonathan Belk of the Fayetteville – Ramsey will be assisting with the Mini Milers program in Fayetteville this summer. The Mini Milers are a series of runs that are designed to promote fun, dynamic running-related games and exercises for youth. The 4-week program will begin on Tuesday June 5th and run through June 26th leading up to the Fourth of July’s “Firecracker 4 Miler.”

This is a fun and healthy activity for kids in the Fayetteville community that will get them moving and inspire them to participate in one of the many kids races and 5Ks around the community. Each of the training runs/practices will last an hour and will include stretching, running drills, and a cool down. Practices will begin at 6:00 and run until 7:00, and will take place at the Reid Ross Track (3200 Ramsey Street).
