Kris is a native of Fayette, Mississippi. He graduated from Alcorn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at Alcorn, Kris excelled academically and was a member of both the football and track teams. It was at this point during his life that he discovered his passion for learning, fitness, and serving people. This ultimately led to him pursuing a career in physical therapy.
Kris moved to North Carolina to attend Winston Salem State University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. While in school, he was granted the opportunity to travel to Namibia, Africa as a graduate assistant to present at the Consortium for International Management, Policy, Administration and Development conference. He also completed a four-week clinical rotation in Belize, Central America, where he assisted in providing health care to an under served community.

Dr. Autry is the Clinic Manager at the Fayetteville – Owen Drive location and the Fayetteville Regional Manager.
Adam is a native of Dunn, NC, and a graduate of Elon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He received his undergraduate degree in Kinseiology from Campbell University.
To further his orthopaedic training, Adam completed the Evidence In Motion Orthopaedic Residency program in 2013, earning his board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, also known as Intramuscular Manual Therapy. In 2015, he completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management, and is currently enrolled in the Manual Therapy Fellowship through Evidence In Motion.
Adam and his wife, Jaylan enjoy camping, hiking, exercising and going to the beach. He also enjoys playing guitar and reading. Adam and Jaylan have two young sons, Wyatt and Levi.
Adam is the Clinic Manager at BreakThrough Physical Therapy’s Owen Drive location and the Fayetteville Regional Manager. He also serves as an adjunct professor for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Methodist University.
Rebekah Murphy PT, DPT, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Rebekah earned her Bachelor’s of Exercise and Sport Science degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. After graduating from Texas State, Rebekah receiver her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, TN.
Rebekah is currently pursuing her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Certification through Evidence in Motion’s Orthopaedic Residency program. She takes special interest in pelvic health, manual therapy, and dry needling. Rebekah is motivated personally and professionally by the fact that that there is always something she can improve upon as a physical therapist and as an individual.
Rebekah lives in Fayetteville, NC with her husband Ryan and their two dogs, Atlas and Stella. She loves to cook and bake and also enjoys running, gardening, and watching movies with her husband. She is excited to work for BreakThrough because of the opportunities that BreakThrough provides to grow and learn as a therapist, not only through residency training, but through collaboration with her colleagues.
Michael Slack PT, DPT

Michael earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. Prior to earning his Doctorate, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Illinois State University, where he also played collegiate football.
Michael takes special interest in manual therapy, neuroscience, and therapeutic exercise. He is very excited to be a part of a team dedicated to becoming the best clinicians they can be while providing the best service they can to the community.
Michael lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Katie, and dog, Thor. He is motivated first and foremost by Jesus, his wife, family, and friends. In his spare time, he enjoys resistive training and rock climbing.
