John is the Clinic Manager of the Fayetteville – Ramsey Street location.
John earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University. He is originally from Dunn, NC and graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
During his doctorate program, John performed a research study titled, “A Comparison of Two Manual Therapy Techniques on the Immediate and Short Term Effects on Lower Trapezius Strength.” The poster presentation for this research project was awarded second place at the 2012 North Carolina Physical Therapy Association (NCPTA) Fall Conference.
John enjoys treating orthopaedic conditions and has a strong interest in manual therapy as well as chronic pain conditions. He has completed Evidence In Motion’s Orthopaedic Residency Program as well as their Therapeutic Pain Science Specialist Program.
John currently lives in Dunn where he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys cycling, running, endurance races as well as playing music at home and in his church.

Jonathan is a graduate of Elon University where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to Elon, he earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).
While at Elon, Jonathan researched the topic of plantar fasciitis. He has also spent time in Australia focusing on Manual Therapy techniques while completing a year of clinic rotations. Jonathan is currently enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program and is working on Trigger Point Dry Needling training with the goal of better serving his patients.
As a former collegiate swimmer at UNCW, he continues to participate in triathlons and running events. Jonathan has an interest in sports activities and enjoys outside hobbies, where he can include his dog, Riley.

Nicole has been a Fayetteville resident for the majority of her life, graduating high school from Fayetteville Christian School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Methodist College and her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Nicole then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Montana. She earned the distinguished designation of Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist from Evidence In Motion’s Pelvic Health program. And most recently, Nicole became Board Certified through the American Physical Therapy Association as a Women’s Certified Specialist (WCS); a designation that less than 0.2% of physical therapists have.
Nicole is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and has completed continuing education courses in dry needling, occupational medicine, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and nutrition.
She maintains a very active life with her husband, raising their three children and two dogs. Together, they founded and run the ministry Ladies of Value, working with the Fayetteville Dream Center in Cumberland County. Nicole is also an adjunct professor at Campbell University. In her free time, she has completed an Ironman, several Half Ironman’s, marathons, and triathlons, and loves endurance training. Nicole has a passion for life and living it to the fullest.
