Dr. Autry is the Clinic Manager at the Fayetteville – Owen Drive location and the Fayetteville Regional Manager.
Adam is a native of Dunn, NC, and a graduate of Elon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He received his undergraduate degree in Kinseiology from Campbell University.
To further his orthopaedic training, Adam completed the Evidence In Motion Orthopaedic Residency program in 2013, earning his board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, also known as Intramuscular Manual Therapy. In 2015, he completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management, and is currently enrolled in the Manual Therapy Fellowship through Evidence In Motion.
Adam and his wife, Jaylan enjoy camping, hiking, exercising and going to the beach. He also enjoys playing guitar and reading. Adam and Jaylan have two young sons, Wyatt and Levi.
Adam is the Clinic Manager at BreakThrough Physical Therapy’s Owen Drive location and the Fayetteville Regional Manager. He also serves as an adjunct professor for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Methodist University.

Connor earned his bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. He plans to enroll in Evidence In Motion’s Orthopaedic Residency Program.
As a former high school and collegiate runner, Connor takes special interest in sports injury rehabilitation and the rehabilitation of running injuries. He is excited to work in a great environment, enhance his physical therapy skills, and provide the highest quality care to his patients. He lives by the Steve Prefontaine quote, “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.”
Connor lives in Fayetteville with his three cats, Tyson, Rudy, and Fabrika. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, and playing the drums and ukulele.

Wendi earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, before earning her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from Caldwell Community College in Hudson, NC.
She is a licensed massage therapist and has completed additional certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Kinesio Taping, and Military Vestibular Auditory Rehab. Wendi takes special interest in pelvic health, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, aquatics, and neuroscience, and plans to complete additional certifications in Thai Massage and FMS Level 1.
Wendi and her husband, Ricky, live in Fayetteville with their three children, Grayson, Emalee, and Payge, and their dog, Keilan. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and staying active. When she’s not in the clinic, she can be found playing lacrosse with her daughter, camping, hiking, or anything that gets her on the water. Wendi’s favorite quote is, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” She is motivated and inspired by positive people, new educational challenges, and her family.
Shannon Chapman PT, DPT, CMTPT

Shannon earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Neuroscience. Since then, she has completed continuing education courses in concussion management, pain science and neurodynamics and plans to enroll in Evidence in Motion’s Certified Manual Therapy program. Shannon also takes special interest in manual therapy with an emphasis on dry needling, IASTM, chronic low back and pelvic pain, work conditioning, performance arts, as well as sport and amputee rehabilitation.
Shannon has spent time volunteering with Life Rolls On and Adaptive Sports Connection, organizations that seek to improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities through sports, exercise and outdoor activities. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle boarding, playing tennis, reading, woodworking and spending time with her black lab, Luna.

Mark earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, NC. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. While in Physical Therapy school, Mark provided pro-bono physical therapy services to areas in Winston-Salem that were significantly below the poverty level.
As a former collegiate football player, Mark takes special interest in sports performance and rehabilitation as well as manual therapy and dry needling. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing video games and watching and playing various sports.
Mark’s favorite quote is, “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents.” He also believes that physical therapy works best as a partnership with the patient, where both he and the patient can work together and bring their own skills to the table to achieve the patient’s goals. He looks forward to the opportunity to practice at the highest level possible in order to help patients get better, faster.
Lynn Bruder PT, DPT

Lynn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. Prior to this, she attended Campbell University and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. While in school, she worked as a tech and completed her first full-time clinical rotation with BreakThrough.
Currently enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s Orthopaedic Residency Program, Lynn is constantly continuing her education. She takes special interest in manual therapy, dry needling, oncology, K9-therapy, and pelvic health. She believes that teamwork makes the dream work and is excited to work at BreakThrough as part of a team that cares about their patients and provides each one with quality care. Her best advice for patients is to keep an open dialogue to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Lynn and her husband, Jeremy, live in Fayetteville with their two dogs, Emily and Dobby. In her spare time, she enjoys running, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, and strength training in her garage gym. Her favorite quote from Theodore Roosevelt is, “Comparison is the thief of joy.”
