Glen is the Clinic Manager at the Greensboro – Braxton Lane location.
Glen graduated from Elon University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT). Prior to Elon, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomechanics from NC State University. He has completed a two year Clinical Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, through Evidence in Motion. Also, he is currently a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association.
After graduating, Glen worked in outpatient orthopaedics, gaining experience in post-surgical management of ACL, rotator cuff repairs, and back surgeries. Glen has experience in Maitland and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. He is currently working on a Therapeutic Pain Specialization, through the International Spine and Pain Institute, to become more informed on working with patients with persistent, chronic pain.
A native of Burlington, NC, Glen and his wife, Christina, enjoy hiking, biking, working out, and practicing yoga. They have a daughter, Penelope who enjoys giggling and smiling. They also love to travel and have a goal of visiting every continent. In his free time, Glen and his wife work on their beehives and love to play with their dog and two cats.

Seth earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Winston-Salem State University. Prior to earning his Doctorate, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. Seth takes special interest in Trigger Point Dry Needing and is enrolled in Evidence in Motion’s Orthopedic Residency program as well as the Pain Neuroscience education course offered by the International Spine and Pain institute.
Seth lives in High Point, NC with his wife, Lindsay, and two dogs, Wyatt and Tuukka. He enjoys going to a variety of sporting events and concerts. He is also a self-taught musician with a large working knowledge of movie quotes, song lyrics, and other useful trivia to help him make it through daily life. He is excited to work for BreakThrough because of the focus on patient-centered treatment, the awesome support staff, and the great patient population in his community. Seth grew up in the High Point/Greensboro area and looks forward to giving back to the community that means so much to him.
