Lee Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The University of New England in Biddeford, ME, where she also played collegiate soccer on the men’s team. Upon completing her bachelor’s degree, she went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through Evidence In Motion’s doctoral program.
Lee Ann takes special interest in hand therapy, pain neuroscience, and orthotics, and she has completed continuing education courses in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Maitland, Feldenkrais, and Functional Orthopaedics. Lee Ann has lived all over the country, from Maine to Hawaii, but loves living in a small town. She and her husband Dennis have three children, Jarod, Sam, and Devin.
In her spare time, Lee Ann enjoys rock climbing, hiking, biking, traveling, and bodybuilding. Her goal is to be a better person each year in every aspect of life and lives by Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through he who gives me strength.
Rachel Gmach PT, DPT, COMT

Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She has experience
in a variety of settings including acute, subacute, and outpatient physical therapy clinics.
Rachel takes special interest in dry needling, yoga therapy, and manual therapy. She has completed certification as an Orthopaedic Manual Therapist and plans to complete a Trigger Point Dry Needling Certification and Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Certification.
Rachel and her husband live in Charlotte with their two Boston Terriers, Killian and Claire. As a former competitive dancer, she loves staying active and enjoys yoga, paddle boarding, rock climbing, and walking or hiking with her dogs. She also volunteers at a local animal rescue group in her spare time. Rachel finds inspiration everywhere she goes, and her favorite quote is, “Be like the lotus flower, calm in muddy waters.” Her best advice to patients is to work exercise in as part of their daily maintenance routine, like brushing their teeth.

Jennifer earned her PT and MPT from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. Jennifer
is Myokinesthetic Treatment Certified (MYK), a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) and has also completed her board certification as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS).
Throughout her career, she has completed continuing education courses from Maitland, McKenzie, Institute of Physical Art, and BIOS/Great Lakes. She also plans to complete additional continuing education courses in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.
Jennifer and her husband Bill have two children, Andrew and Billy, one cat, Milady, and two poodles, Cookie and Gino. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, traveling, gardening, and seeking out new adventures with her kids and volunteering at her church, Our Lady of Grace. She is inspired most by God, her family, and her desire to make the world a better place, patient by patient.

Elizabeth earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to this, she earned her undergraduate
degree in Biology from Catawba College, where she also played volleyball and was a Division II all-conference athlete.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has completed Maitland 1 Peripheral, Maitland 2 Spine, Maitland 3 Intermediate Spine, and Maitland Stabilization Training & Functional Rehabilitation. She also takes special interest in manual therapy and pain science. Elizabeth’s biggest achievement is becoming a mom, and she and her husband Ben have two children and one dog. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and going to the movies.
Her best piece of advice to patients is to be patient with your body as you take one day at a time to focus on strengthening and improve your movements. You will see progress in time.
Jennifer Duley PTA
Jennifer earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Stanly Community College in Albemarle, NC. Prior to this, she attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate degree and swam competitively. She takes special interest in manual therapy, orthopaedics, balance, and lymphedema.
Jennifer is a trained CPR instructor and has completed education courses on the Maitland approach and Maitland Stabilization. She also plans to complete her PTA Orthopaedic Certification and an additional Maitland course in the Fall of 2019. Her best advice to patients is to stay active, no matter what and that less can be more.
Jennifer and her husband Dan will celebrate 20 years in October. Together, they have two children, Morgan and Seth, and a yellow lab, Bucky. Jennifer is an avid runner and has completed five half marathons. She has also been sky diving twice! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and getting out on the lake.

Marie is the office manager for the Indian Land and Fort Lawn locations. She earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Science from SUNY at Farmingdale.
Marie and her husband Michael have been married 37 years and have two children, Melissa and Michael, as well as three grandchildren, Liam, Charlotte, and Stella. In her free time, she enjoys
traveling, Jazzercise, reading, biking, and spending quality time with her family. She also serves as a volunteer for JDRF. Her favorite quote is, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass; it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”

Marta earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Miami-Dade Community College in Miami, Florida. She has completed continuing education coursework in Pain Neuroscience as
well as Maitland’s T1 and Stabilization courses. She is also currently enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s Physical Therapy Assistant Orthopaedic Residency program.
Marta and her husband Cliff and have three boys, Colt, Chris, and Dylan. In her spare time, she loves traveling, hiking, kayaking, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family. Marta’s favorite Bible verse is John 8:32, “Seek the truth and the truth shall set you free.” She loves having the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, and her best advice to her patients is to be consistent with their exercises and make them a lifestyle change, rather than a temporary change.

Kirsten earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University in Elon, NC. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at the University of North Florida where she also swam competitively.
Kirsten takes special interest in orthopaedics and neurological rehabilitation and has completed continuing education courses in Blood Flow Restriction, shoulder pain/scapula dyskinesia, surgical intervention, and treatment of THA/TKA. She has also volunteered to provide adaptive surfacing to patients through Life Rolls On, an organization dedicated to helping people with various disabilities.
In her spare time, Kirsten loves snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her cat Boots and two dogs, Allie and Roxy. She is inspired most by her patients and watching how far they will push themselves, and her best advice to them is to work hard, stay active, keep moving, and push your comfort zone.
